Alpay set for return

Transfer-listed central defender Alpay is in line for an Aston Villa recall in Monday’s televised home Barclaycard Premiership clash with Southampton.

The Turkish international has not been selected by Taylor since his nightmare performance in the derby clash with Birmingham but is set to replace Ronny Johnsen.
