Campbell headache for Sven

Sol Campbell has given England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson another defensive headache after going down with a stomach bug.

Eriksson has already lost Manchester United’s Rio Ferdinand for the Euro 2004 opener against Slovakia in Bratislava on Saturday following his knee operation.
