FA to investigate Berkovic 'cut-throat' gesture

The Football Association today confirmed they are investigating Eyal Berkovic’s 'cut-throat' gesture to the Maine Road fans during Tuesday’s Worthington Cup clash between Manchester City and Crewe.

The Israeli international is also at the centre of a separate City inquiry following the incident during the 3-2 win, which it is claimed caused a female fan to burst into tears.
