New injury setback for Finnan
Steve Finnan's medial knee ligament injury means he will miss Fulham's next two games, and he could be out of the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2004 qualifier with Switzerland.
The right-back sustained the injury in Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Everton, ironically a match in which he made his comeback from another knee problem.
Finnan is definitely out of the Uefa Cup clash with Hajduk Split and Sunday's clash with Charlton at Loftus Road.
And Cottagers physio Jason Palmer does not believe he will be fit for Mick McCarthy's international date in Dublin on October 16.
Alain Goma, who pulled his hamstring at Goodison Park, will miss the next two matches and return for the visit of Manchester United on October 23.
Louis Saha, already out for three weeks with his hamstring problem, has also pencilled in the clash with United for his comeback.
Martin Djetou, who signed on a year-long loan from Parma in July, but immediately needed a knee cartilage operation, has had his return to full training delayed until later this week or next week.
