Wenger: FIFA's player restriction plan is a farce

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has criticised a suggestion by FIFA’s medical chief to limit the number of games in a season for each player as a “farce”.

Wenger contrasted the reported comments of Professor Jiri Dvorak with the announcement by the world governing body of the dates for this summer’s Confederations’ Cup international friendly tournament.
