Bellamy faces European ban

Newcastle striker Craig Bellamy could be facing a Champions League ban after UEFA viewed video evidence of his clash with Dynamo Kiev defender Tiberiu Ghioane.

The 23-year-old Welshman appeared to make contact with the Kiev player with his head late in his side’s 2-0 defeat at the Olympic Stadium on Wednesday night.
