Tottenham have completed the signing of Arsenal midfielder Rohan Ricketts.
The 19-year-old was captured on a free transfer, after appearing in the recent Toulon tournament with the England Under-20 squad.
He told the club's official website: "I am very excited about joining Spurs. It is a club that is going places and I feel this will be good for my career."
