Colm Tresson scored an unfortunate own goal to earn UCD a late point at Belfield.

Ex- Bray striker Robbie Doyle's shot cannoned off Bray keeper Matt Gregg to strike defender Tresson and trickle into the net for the equaliser with just four minutes remaining.

Jason Byrne had returned to the Bray line-up after suspension to hit their lead goal wihtin a minute of the restart.

Collecting a Keith Long flick, Byrne swivelled to drill a low shot past Barry Ryan from 16 yards.

Bray might still have won the game in stoppage time right at the death, but Ryan made a sublime save from Thomas Morgan.
