Fifa overturn Neuville yellow card

Fifa have overturned the yellow card given to German striker Oliver Neuville in their World Cup quarter-final victory against the United States.

Instead the disciplinary committee have transferred the booking to German team-mate Jens Jeremies.

German officials had appealed against the decision, saying the foul had been wrongly attributed to Neuville by Scottish referee Hugh Dallas.
