Diao makes amends for Senegal

Salif Diao has equalised for Senegal in their Group A clash against Denmark in Daegu.

Diao slotted past Thomas Sorenson in the 52nd minute to make amends for giving away Denmark's first-half penalty, converted by Jon Dahl Tomasson.

Tomasson scored from the spot on 16 minutes after a push in the area by Diao.

Whoever wins today's game is almost assured of qualification to the next round.
