Beckham ready to go

England captain David Beckham today vowed he was raring to go as he closes on a return to competitive action against Sweden on Sunday.

The Manchester United midfielder finally resumed full training this week after breaking a bone in his foot and has now pencilled in England’s World Cup opener against the Swedes for a return.
