Ireland stars rap Keane

Republic of Ireland stars Niall Quinn, Steve Staunton and Alan Kelly tonight condemned Roy Keane after the midfielder was sent home following a ‘‘slanging match’’ with manager Mick McCarthy.

Quinn said: ‘‘I’ve known Roy a long time and this is astonishing - there is no doubt about that.
