McCarthy praises Kennedy's courage

Mick McCarthy tonight praised the courage of Mark Kennedy after the Wolves winger ruled himself out of the Republic of Ireland’s World Cup squad.

Kennedy made what his international boss described as a ‘big decision’ by admitting he was not fit enough to board the plane which heads to Japan on Friday.
