David Beckham is a 100% certainty to make the World Cup finals, according to Alex Ferguson.

The England skipper has been undergoing intensive treatment on his broken foot in recent weeks in a bid to make Sven-Goran Eriksson's final squad for the tournament in Japan and Korea.
