Scotland manager Berti Vogts wants to arrange a friendly against quality opposition and has Sven-Goran Eriksson’s England in his sights.

The former Germany international and coach is determined to field his new-look Scotland side against quality opposition as he heads towards the Euro 2004 qualifying campaign.
