Veron (17 pen) and Aimar (63) found the net for Argentina.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia recorded a 3-2 home victory over Uruguay.

Ahmed Al Dossari (9), Al Jaber (20) and Ahmed Al Dossari (22) scored for Saudi Arabia.
