Eircom League issues its suspensions

The Disciplinary Commission of the Eircom League issued their suspensions at their meeting yesterday. The following suspensions will take effect in the week commencing Wednesday, March 20.

- Damien Roddis (Cork City) suspended for TWO competitive games as a result of being sent off against Waterford Utd and fined €25

- Greg O’ Halloran (Cork City) suspended for ONE competitive match as a result of being sent off against Waterford Utd and fined €25

- Alan O’Shaughnessy (Galway Utd) suspended for ONE competitive game as a result of being sent off against Mervue Utd and fined €25

- Gary Fitzgerald (Mervue Utd) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €13 for reaching 5 penalty points

- Paul Mc Tiernan (Sligo Rovers) suspended for ONE competitive game as a result of being sent off against Dublin City and fined €51

- Ronan Frawley (Athlone Town) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points

- Mick Doohan (Bray Wanders) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points.

- Rory O’ Connor (Cobh Ramblers) suspended for ONE competitive match and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points

- Ray Kenny (Finn Harps) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points

- Pat O’ Toole (Kilkenny City) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points

- Damien Brennan (Kilkenny City) suspended for ONE competitive game and fined €25 for reaching 5 penalty points
