St Pat's moved to within a point of leaders Shelbourne with this easy win at Century Homes Park.

Saints had the perfect start with the lead goal after just five minutes when Ger McCarthy scored from Mbabazi's corner.

McCarthy added his second five minutes before the break for his fourth goal in three games.

In between, defender Colm Foley had hit Saints' second. Substitute Phil Hughes rowed in with the fourth eight minutes from time.
