Officers have been carrying out the operation at the Kent ports and Channel Tunnel.

Three men have so far received football banning orders for two years, a police spokesman says.

Another nine will appear before magistrates in the town.

A spokesman for Kent Police said: "This has been an ongoing operation since Monday. So far we have not found any weapons or drugs."
