eircom League: Shels take legal action over Marney affair

Shelbourne are to take legal action against the FAI over the Paul Marney affair after being given permission by the High Court.

Shelbourne claim St Patrick's Athletic should not have had nine points restored after losing them for playing an unregistered player.
