Crystal Palace striker Clinton Morrison reckons his old mate Ade Akinbiyi is the final piece of the club’s promotion puzzle.

Eagles manager Trevor Francis swooped for the Leicester hitman in a deal potentially worth £2.4million (€3.9m) on Tuesday, which will keep Akinbiyi at Selhurst Park until 2005.
