Soccer: Ireland among top seeds for Euro 2004

Ireland will be the top seed in their qualification group for Euro 2004 after UEFA listed then among the top-10 teams for the competition.

England were named among the second seeds, along with Scotland, while Northern Ireland and Wales were among the fourth seeds.
