Former Scotland manager Craig Brown has refused an offer to take over the Saudi Arabian international team ahead of next summer’s World Cup finals in Japan and Korea.

Former Scotland manager Craig Brown has refused an offer to take over the Saudi Arabian international team ahead of next summer’s World Cup finals in Japan and Korea.

Brown, who is still involved in football development with the SFA, said he was offered the position last week, but he turned it down.

Brown reportedly told Saudi Arabian officials that he is still employed by the SFA and any future approaches should be made through that association.
