World Cup qualifier: Iran lead UAE

Iran lead the United Arab Emirates 1-0 at half time in the second leg of their World Cup qualifier.

Iran now lead the tie 2-0 on aggregate.

However, they are down to ten men after one of their players was sent off after just ten minutes for a second bookable offence.

The winners will play the Republic of Ireland in the final World Cup qualifying tie for the right to go the the finals next year in Japan and South Korea.
