World Cup: I have to start behaving like Becks - Gerrard

Liverpool and England midfielder Steven Gerrard believes he was guilty of nothing more than naivety when caught on a late-night drinking session five days before the crucial World Cup qualifier against Greece.

However, the 21-year-old admits the adverse publicity which followed affected his performance in Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Old Trafford, where England booked their place for next year’s finals in Japan and South Korea.
