Steve Williams saved a point for Shelbourne with a 75th minute penalty stop
from Tommy McCallion.
Derry took the lead four minutes after the restart when Sean Hargan scored
from long range.
But Owen Heary put Shels level in the 70th minute when flicking home Tony McCarthy's cross.
