Liverpool put an end to two successive Premiership defeats with a comprehensive away victory over neighbours Everton.

The Reds were trailing to an early goal by Everton striker Kevin Campbell but hit back to lead at half-time thanks to goals by Michael Owen and Steven Gerrard.

John Arne Riise added a third for Liverpool on 52 mins.
