Soccer: Shelbourne to appeal St Pat's ruling

Shelbourne are due to launch an appeal with the FAI today against the Eircom League’s decision not to deduct nine points from St Patrick’s Atheltic following the Paul Marney affair.

19-year-old Marney played for St Pat’s in three games at the start of the season, despite the fact that he was not officially registered.
