Eircom League: Bohs go top after victory over Cork

Glen Crowe, who else?, put champions Bohs top of the table with a late

winner at Turner's Cross.

Crowe, who hit 25 goals as Bohs won the title last season, fired home on 73

minutes after Fergal Harkin had stolen the ball from Patsy Freyne in front

of goal.

In truth, the win was no more than Bohs deserved.

Cork had had a close shave on 55 minutes when Crowe just failed to connect from six yards following a cross from Molloy.

City's Ollie Cahill was then guilty of missing their best chance on 66

minutes.
