Soccer: Gannon doubtful for Brondby clash

Shelbourne could be without new club captain Jim Gannon for tomorrow's UEFA Cup preliminary round clash with Danish side Brondby.

Gannon participated in training yesterday, but he didn't seem comfortable and may not have recovered from his hamstring injury in time for tomorrow's tie.

Manager Dermot Keely said: "There's no pressure on him to play: there are people willing and able to fill the gap."
