Soccer: Blatter wants bi-annual World Cup

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has reopened the debate over whether to hold the World Cup every two years.

He said: "It may be advisable that the idea of the World Cup every second year shall not be closed in a safe where I have lost the combination.

"I should have a look during the next year to see whether we should open again the safe door."
