French referee Gilles Veissiere has been appointed to take charge of Wednesday night’s UEFA Cup final between Liverpool and Alaves in Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion.

French referee Gilles Veissiere has been appointed to take charge of Wednesday night’s UEFA Cup final between Liverpool and Alaves in Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion.

The 41-year-old official will be aided by assistant referees Serge Vallin and Vincent Texier, who are also from France.
