Bohemians ensured the title goes down to the last day of the season with an expected win at Flancare Park.

Roddy Collins side, a point behind leaders Shelbourne, raced into a 2-0 lead inside 26 minutes.

Glen Crowe shot home his 33rd goal of the season after good work by Mark Rutherford for the first after 17 minutes.

Defender Dave Hill fired in the second after Shaun Maher helped on a Paul Byrne corner nine minutes later.

Longford made a match of it when Stuart Holt cracked in a 25 yard free-kick to make it 2-1 on 33 minutes.

But Trevor Molloy sealed Bohs' win with a 55th minute penalty.
