Premiership: Wenger's injury woes

Arsenal will be without the injured Ray Parlour, Lauren, Kanu, Silvinho and Dennis Bergkamp as they try to bounce back from their midweek Champions League defeat and cement second place in the Premiership against Everton tomorrow.

Parlour has a back problem and faces tests to see whether it has been caused by a trap nerve or a virus while Dutch striker Bergkamp has had a setback in his recovery from an Achilles injury. Silvinho is still nursing the calf injury that kept him out against Valencia.

With Nigerian striker Kanu and Cameroon midfielder Lauren on World Cup duty, Gilles Grimandi is likely to return as manager Arsene Wenger has already indicated that Brazilian Edu, who scored an own goal against Middlesbrough last Saturday, is not physically strong enough yet for inclusion.

Team (from): Seaman; Dixon, Keown, Adams, Cole, Ljungberg, Grimandi, Vieira, Pires, Henry, Wiltord, Luzhny, Malz, Stepanovs, Upson, Vivas, Pennant, Manninger.
