The England Football team could be heading for a historic trip to South Africa.

The England Football team could be heading for a historic trip to South Africa.

Officials from both football associations have discussed the possibility of a tour in the next two or three years.

FA Executive Director David Davies said tonight that England had developed close links with South Africa during their respective failed bids to stage the 2006 World Cup.
