Charlton's Kinsella plays for reserves
Charlton captain Mark Kinsella has continued his return to fitness after keyhole surgery on his knee by making an appearance for the reserves.
Kinsella took part in his first match for four weeks when he came on for the last half hour against West Ham at Charlton's training ground at Sparrows Lane.
A club spokesman said that Kinsella came through the match unscathed and was very pleased with his progress so far following his operation.
"He is unlikely to be in contention for the weekend game against Dagenham and Redbridge," the club spokesman added. "He should be back to full match fitness within 10 days."
