Man City agree €30m fee with Swansea to sign Wilfried Bony

The two clubs have been in talks over the sale of the striker, who cost Swansea €15m when he was bought from Vitesse Arnhem in July 2013.

An agreement has now been reached and Bony, who we understand was also offered to Chelsea, is expected to complete his move to the Etihad this month.

The 26-year-old, the Premier League’s leading scorer in 2014 with 20 goals, is currently away with Ivory Coast for the African Cup of Nations, and a medical could now take place in the Middle East.
