Cleverley excited to link up with Roy Keane

Tom Cleverley has revealed the prospect of working with Roy Keane played a key part in his decision to join Aston Villa from Manchester United.

The midfielder moved to Villa Park on a season-long loan from United after the Premier League sanctioned the deal.

Villa made a late move before the transfer deadline after initially calling off a permanent deal on Monday because of the player’s wage demands.
