Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas has hit out at the club’s former chairman, Alan Sugar, for his continued criticism of the Portuguese.

Sugar claimed this week that Villas-Boas should be sacked and replaced by the now-retired Alex Ferguson following last weekend’s 6-0 defeat at Manchester City.

And Villas-Boas has accused Sugar of having ‘an agenda’ and not respecting either him or his players.
