Murray extends Cork City stay

Cork City favourite Dan Murray has committed to the club for the 2013 season.

The man who previously captained City to league, FAI Cup and Setanta Cup titles, returned to Turner’s Cross last year after a spell with Shamrock Rovers, during which he experienced an extended European run.

City boss Tommy Dunne said he was delighted to have the 30-year-old in the ranks for the new season.
