Childhood sweetheart Antonella Roccuzzo gave birth to their son Thiago at a private clinic in the Catalan capital just after 5pm yesterday.

Leoā€™s sister Maria confirmed the birth by tweeting ā€œWelcome Little Thiagoā€ in Spanish.
