ALEX FERGUSON goes head to head with the Premier League’s youngest manager tomorrow, delighted the value of experience is no longer being ignored.

Andre Villas-Boas was only 33 when he was appointed Chelsea boss in the summer.

His youthfulness contrasts sharply with Ferguson, who will celebrate his 70th birthday on New Year’s Eve.
