A new survey revealing the true cost of attending games in England and Scotland has come up with some interesting findings, writes Martyn Ziegler

ONLY 11 out of 104 football clubs in England and Scotland will offer adults the chance to enjoy a day at the football for less than €23 during the new season.

Fans will pay as little as €13 and as much as €125 for a ticket to watch their clubs, according to a new survey by the BBC.
