Fagan and Flood win it for Bohs

CHRISTY FAGAN and Anto Flood scored as Bohemians’ preferred frontline partnership renewed acquaintances to give Pat Fenlon’s side a facile Premier Division win at Dalymount Park last night. But for Stephen Trimble between their posts, Drogheda would have been beaten by far more.

Fagan and Flood win it for Bohs

Having scored twice at Bray Wanderers midweek, Fagan’s goal lust continued as he put Bohs ahead in their first meaningful attack on five minutes. Flood pounced on a loose ball to put Fagan in to draw Trimble and slide the ball home.

Fagan soon returned the compliment, threading a sublime through ball. But Trimble made the first of a string of good saves.
