Nasri left fuming at comments made by Gallas

ARSENAL’s Samir Nasri has re-opened his war of words with former team-mate William Gallas, who will tomorrow make his first return to the Emirates Stadium since leaving the Gunners for rivals Tottenham in the summer.

Nasri left fuming at comments made by Gallas

Nasri has launched a furious attack on Gallas, insisting that claims made about him in the defender’s book are “rubbish”, and that the pair did not exchange a single word during the whole of last season.

“We don’t talk to each other but then again, we played together for a year at Arsenal without talking to each other too,” said Nasri, who comes into the north London derby in sparkling form. “Other players didn’t talk to him either, but the squad’s collective spirit would transcend everything.”
