Europe’s top stars set for Tallaght

SOME of the biggest names in world football could be on their way to Tallaght with Juventus.

Gianluigi Buffon is one of the most recognisable goalkeepers in the world but is injured until January and so will watch on as Marco Storari makes his debut after moving from AC Milan.

Alessandro Del Piero is still going and was even the club’s top scorer last season with nine goals.

Giorgio Chiellini is a club legend thanks to his decision to remain in Turin during their enforced Serie B stint in 2006-07.

Former Liverpool player Mohamed Sissoko is a crowd favourite at Juventus and should play if Felipe Melo gets his desired move to Real Madrid.

Local boy Claudio Marchisio is a product of the Juventus youth system and big things are expected of the 24-year-old.
