Diaby fires Gunners back into contention

ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger described last night’s 1-0 home win over Liverpool as a “massive” result as they reduced the gap to leaders Chelsea to six points.

Abou Diaby scored the only goal of the game after 72 minutes and results elsewhere provided the Gunners with hope their title challenge may not yet be over.

“It is a fantastic night for the club,” Wenger said.
