Benitez: revitalised ’Pool on the way back

RAFAEL BENITEZ believes his Liverpool side are almost back to their best even if Fernando Torres has not hit top gear.

The Liverpool manager takes his side to West Ham today on the back of three successive victories, and with the memory of those two defeats in the opening three league games now a fading memory.

With the Manchester derby this weekend and an all-London clash between Chelsea and Spurs, Benitez hopes Liverpool can take advantage of teams dropping points and put themselves back in the title race.
