Furious Scolari blasts officials

LUIZ FELIPE SCOLARI may not have a home record to match his Chelsea predecessor Jose Mourinho but he borrowed the Portuguese’s tactics last night as he demanded an apology from referee Mike Dean and linesman John Stokes.

A clearly rattled Scolari, normally so avuncular in these situations, visibly shook as he launched into a remarkable rant that may well indicate the Brazilian is beginning to feel the pressure in west London.

His team’s 2-1 defeat against Arsenal means Chelsea have now dropped 12 points at home in the league already this season after going almost five years unbeaten before he arrived.
