Inter interest ‘lovely’ for Didier, says Hodgson

FULHAM manager Roy Hodgson believes Chelsea’s Didier Drogba is in a “lovely situation” as reports of the striker’s move to Inter Milan persist.

Drogba and his agent were said to have met Inter representatives last week, fuelling speculation about a January exit for the belligerent forward, and Hodgson, a former coach of the Serie A giants, reckons he is in a win-win situation.

“All I know is that Drogba is a very good player playing at a big, big club but possibly with another big club after him so it’s a nice situation to be in,” Hodgson said.
